Hi, I'm Crystal 

I read John Maxwell’s, “Developing the Leader Within You,” 25 years ago, and it changed my life!

 

I’ve made it my mission to help people see that they are the leader of their life, the captain of their soul.

I was a part of an incredible school community for 20 plus years.  I started out as a sixth-grade teacher, coached volleyball and softball, and moved into leadership … eventually becoming the school superintendent.

​

It was during this time that I earned a doctorate in educational leadership, instituted a leadership culture in my school, and received the John Maxwell Leadership Award.

​

I am also a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer. I want to help people LEADERCISE their life by learning to exercise healthy thinking, which in turn, develops positive choices and healthy habits.

I love working out, being married to a chef, and traveling the world. I vow to learn something new every day, have fun, and be grateful. My hope is to inspire you to lead an amazing life.
